EVENT INFO.
First of all there will be 4 events. 2 team events and 2 individual events.
The team events will be:
The Ghetto Jam. (Main Event)
B.I.K.E.
The individual events are:
Highest Stall.
Best Trick.
Here's a brief breakdown and info of the events.
The Ghetto Jam:
This is the main event of the day. For those who didn't attend last year it's basically a BMX run in jam format. Riders have to work together as a team in individual jam runs to get the highest possible score in the allocated time for their run. Points will also be given based on the ranking of their run. Basically just do your best and have fun doing it! Needless to say the top 3 teams will be awarded as the champions.
B.I.K.E
This is our version of the popular BMX P.I.G event. In this case it's a team event where one rider from each team take turns and pick tricks from the bag and execute them and the other team has to mimic them in knock out stages. The riders also have to work as a team and make the best of each rider's riding ability. If the other teams fail to do so then they will get an alphabet from the word BIKE. When all alphabets have been collected, the team will then be knocked out of the event.
Highest Stall.
This is an individual event in which each rider tries their best to get the highest stall on a prop that will be provided.
Best Trick.
The best trick is also an individual event in which each rider tries their best to show off the best trick from their arsenal of tricks. The props for the best trick will be decided on the day itself to equal the playing field.
The registration info will be as follows:
- $25 per team (5 riders per team.)
- Teams that register AFTER the 29TH of JULY will have to pay $35 instead of $25
- Riders who register as a team will have the privilege of participating in all events.
- Individual events will be $10 for both best trick and the highest stall.
- $7 for either best trick or highest stall.
